COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) The road to the White House starts in Iowa in about six months and candidates are trying to up their name recognition with caucus-goers.

Not many have heard of Martin O'Malley.

"I plan to go county to county all across every county in Iowa. The history of the Iowa caucuses proves that the inevitable front runner is inevitable right up until caucus night and then usually another alternative emerges." That's the democratic Maryland governor's plan to beat Hillary in the 2016 election.

His plan for America: by 2050 the United States electricity grid will be powered 100% by clean energy.
