relate and with fibromyalgia added to your list.

i make a balm with olive oil and parts of the entire plant. it can be heated crockpot style for a few hours or soaked in a jar for a couple of months - then strained. i keep it in the fridge and use it topically - only. if anyone knows what it is like to have heated ice picks driven through one's nevers and huge lumps on their connective tissue - the pain is excruciating and unrelenting. with this balm, there is relief in less than 20 minutes.

thyme oil in a olive oil base/balm is also effective in relieving pain. but, one will not read of such time proven (centuries in ancient cultures) remedies in any medical journal nor in mainstream media. but, you can read it here
