14. Good question, I dont believe there is any residency requirement written into oregon's law.

I believe it is like Wasington's in that regard, in that if you're 21 it doesn't matter what state you are from, the law treats you equally... You just need to keep it in the state. I suspect here it's not as much of a question of worry that people from surrounding conservative states will do the "pot tourism" thing, like Colorado is probably concerned with- as noted, it's already legal in WA and odds are pretty decent that California will be going fully legal before long. I suppose folks could come in from Montana, but my hunch is that most of the legal mj establishments are going to end up in the western half of the state.
