8. Commerce is legal here, too, it just hasn't been implimented yet.

There's a framework and a state organization- the OLCC- which will be handling the permits, etc.

We knew there was going to be a delay, but I absolutely believe that our state will be able to get it moving in short order.

On the ground the situation is akin to Alaska, for now, but in actuality the process is closer to what happened in Washington State in 2012-2013. They legalized but it took them a while to get the stores up and running.
