Do you think this was his own decision or came about from White House pressure?

Are we seeing any White House comments of how badly poor little Antonio Weiss was treated?

With a repub senate and only needing 51 votes for nominees,why wouldn't repubs confirm this guy? He seems like a dream nominee for them, but since Obama nominated him does that mean he's dead in the water?
