16. I will ask you the question that I ask everyone who says that Warren has stated she isn't running.

Have you read her book?

Because unless you have, you may misunderstand Elizabeth Warren's statement about running.

She is very precise in her language. She has lots of reason to run. She has things to do, things to change. And she can't change them, she can't for example, appoint the Secretary of Commerce, from the Senate. She can't change the rules of the game about corruption and the power of money in D.C. from the Senate.

Read her book.

I have asked a number of Warren-doubters whether they have read her book. So far not a one of them as answered in the affirmative.

Warren has already taken on the powerful, the status quo in D.C. She will continue to do so. If running looks to her like the next wise step, she will run, and she will be a very, very, very tough opponent. When she fights, she fights to win. She is not like so many of our politicians. She is exceedingly honest, and by that I mean that there is a singleness in her purpose, a humility in her and a dedication to reform that I would call integrity.

We desperately need economic reform that lifts up our middle class.

Today I went to a bank and talked to a young (maybe late 30s, I'm much older) employee. She told me she did not think she would ever be able to pay for a house because she owed too much on her student loans. She said to me, "The American dream is dead." I told her to check out Elizabeth Warren. I am absolutely certain that she will.

Young people are depressed about the future and justifiably so. I do not see any candidates other than Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders who have any realistic ideas about how to make the American dream of financial independence (even if limited) for ordinary Americans real, possible, a choice.

People are afraid of losing their jobs, of saying the wrong thing in their workplace. They are intimidated by the lack of job security, the low pay and their huge debts, often for education.

Elizabeth Warren is speaking to this existential problem that plagues our country. She is a viable candidate, and if we work hard to try to get her to run, I think and hope she will run.
