http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/02/18/flintlock-from-1700s-could-land-elderly-nj-man-in-prison/Of course, if he's a gun collector in NJ he must have known the law about getting a permit to purchase a handgun, etc., so he was either stupid or simply breaking the law (most likely). This may be a set up to challenge the NJ law, but I don't know.
At any rate, the story is verbatim on a bunch of news sources, so it's likely the NRA or someone is putting it out.
