5. Yes there is. One who doesn't sell enough guns to be deemed a dealer, can set up a table at a gun

show, drape a confederate flag or whatever over the table and sell guns to any yahoo that can't pass a background check. It's that simple. That's a loophole under any definition.

And, if the person doesn't have enough guns to warrant a table, they can wonder around with a sign saying they have guns for sale. Or, they can sit out in the parking lot and sell away from their trunk.

Truthfully, people should have to get a background check through an FFL (who will keep the paper work and be accountable) even to pass a gun on their their kids. NRA President Keene should have had to perform a background check before giving his son a gun, since his son was imprisoned for shooting an innocent motorist in a road rage incident.
