You don't understand that the laws against these "arms" are already keeping them out of the hands of criminals and others who would use them against their neighbors?

Sure, some slip through, and clever, determined people can construct bombs. But what if we had a bomb store in every town? Then what would life be like?

At what point do we decide to limit "arms"?
