"OK, there’s a lot of crap that goes along with this story, so I’ll be covering it in convenient bullet points, hopefully in chronological order. The basic gist is that Chris Brown, who is still legally “on probation” from his plea of felony battery on Rihanna, is now being accused of stealing a woman’s phone. He allegedly stole the phone from a stranger after she snapped a few photos of him in Miami. Here’s what went down:

*The Florida State’s Attorney’s office began an investigation into Chris when a woman filed a police report claiming that Chris stole her cell phone. A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department released this statement: “An incident report was filed against Mr. Brown, and the Florida State Attorney’s Office will be issuing a warrant for his arrest this afternoon, I can’t tell you what time, but it will be today.” (That was yesterday.)

*The accuser’s name is Chrital Spann. She claims that she snapped a few photos of Chris as he sat in a Bentley outside of a nightclub in Miami, and when Chris saw her, “Brown allegedly snatched the phone” and he told Spann, “Bi*ch, you ain’t giving this to no website.”

*After the initial reports of an arrest warrant being issued, a spokesperson for the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office told Radar that the matter is still being investigated."
