Does the rule of Law apply to president elect Trump? Or will he rule as a dictator? [View all]

Will Trump be asked to submit to questioning about his knowledge of Russian Intelligence activities or will he dictate he is above being questioned?

Do we allow a man to say what the law is or do we say no you will obey the law?
