If you planned to put your resources into stealing the votes at the central counting level Trump did everything right. Look where Trump's campaign money went? Data research! Data Research! Data Research! Why open campaign offices when you plan to pay the right people to flip the central tabulating machines. You have computers in a foreign country do the tabulation. it's untraceable.
