Using the data analytics of brietbart and fake news web traffic, plus commercial data inputs from consumer behavior and voting behavior, they mapped out voters that hadn't voted and were likely to vote for trump to "shake things up."

I need to see some details or better interviews before I buy it, but it at least seems plausible and explains why pollsters missed it.
