Confidence in human attribution of climate change is increased, but other than that I know of nothing in AR5 that describes things as 'worse' what was depicted in AR4. In fact, the leaked drafts I've read lower climate sensitivity estimates and dramatically tone down predictions of increased extreme weather events.
