Lived in Israel for a year for my husband's job, and the archaeologists were always excavating various sites. You couldn't drive anywhere without seeing a dig. This was back in 1995-1996. Wonder if the Israelis are using this type of technology there today? We lived in Caesaria. The harbor and beach area always had some really interesting finds. My son loved visiting the local museum to look at the "old stuff". Thank you for sharing!
