doctor from all over the world who has come back from Gaza recently. Unless for some reason you think that they are all telling lies and are taking part in the supposed "propaganda". I'll take the word of the doctors who have been there treating adults, teens, children and babies over anything else. Starvation ends up causing death by several means other than simply not having anything to eat. When severely malnourished children go long enough with that condition they succumb easily to infections, wounds etc. Additionally once a child is in a sever condition of being malnourished for an extended time it is not just a matter of starting to eat and drink water again. Their condition must be monitored, of course there is almost nobody left or any facilities left to do so, and carefully followed because their internal organs may have suffered extreme damage and overloading them could kill them also. Most of the children have been unable to maintain a source of clean drinking water and the resulting bowel problems etc. have also been chronic.
Put simply you can find children who are skin and bones and a child who is not and yet the child who looks healthier may be in very bad shape as far as health and nutrition. People who look perfectly healthy may in fact be suffering from ongoing debilitating health problems. That's why doctors and nutritionists don't just go by how somebody looks or whether somebody thinks food is available. Minority children in America's cities often might look robust but be suffering from malnutrition, lead poisoning etc.
