Arm pain: Friday morning, March 16, I woke up in really bad pain.
My shoulder joint and upper left arm muscles were quite sore. I slept all day and took tylenol.
I'm wondering if it's sore because I played the violin from age ten to age twenty-five, and the left shoulder is the one that you hold the violin with, under your jaw.

Would appreciate healing vibes.

Also have been psychologically worn down from a woman that keeps asking us for money, when the person has children and grandchildren that could be helping them out, but are not. She is too old to work. I've known her for forty years, and she is a dear friend of mine; her kids and grandkids are into the culture of dependency.

Monday morning the 19th, one of her adopted children was at our gate, honking to be let in. Hubby told her that we had to go someplace, and for her to back out, and that we were stressed out, and that the kids and grandkids needed to start supporting the mother instead of taking advantage of her. Some of them are on welfare and some of them have jobs. We do not have an unlimited supply of money for our retirement, and the asking never ends.

BP has been unreasonably high due to these stressors. Worst was 170/105!!!
