Sir, have you ever tried acupressure for your headaches?

It used to help me relieve my migraines. Can be learned from books, or online, not expensive, and relief is as close as your own fingers. My personal preference is to use a crystal or gem stone with a nice point on it. Works better than my crummy fingernails.

I also found applying pure essential peppermint oil to my temples helped, and the sinus areas around my eyes (I am sure you'd be careful to avoid getting the oil in your eyes). Then, lie down and sleep, with blessed relief.

Or, if you know someone who can Pow Wow for you (old Pennsylvania German healing techniques), perhaps that might help?

Oh, and ice packs, applied to the worst headache area, those used to help.

I know what misery migraines can be. I am so glad mine stopped when my red moon cycles stopped.
