I just wrote a letter saying I wanted to be taken off the rolls. It honestly took a couple of attempts.
I know that most religious organizations have a controlling streak. And some controlling is good, given our capacity to hurt others.
I just don't understand the focus on meaningless stuff, when there's really evil sh-t going down.
Good on your dad, by the way, for sticking up for your mom.
