Not spending the cap money, disengaging from the team, lying about team decisions he made & blaming them on others and that's just the stuff I know. He also had a meeting where he accused everyone of being losers - but himself. He is an ass.

I never wanted him hired and knew this would blow up, it's what Urban always does, lie about crisis' & blow up. He never takes responsibility for his own actions. Plus, he dropped all the traits that did work for him like hypher focus and concentration and expected the same results - madness!
