How can you have a resident that is not accountable and a potential threat. He has already been convicted of attacking someone.

I have to question Brady's judgement about having Brown around his family. In addition to attacking someone, you also have the two rape accusations as well as creating a danger and almost hurting someone when he threw furniture off a higher story of a building.
