Earliest I can remember them wearing black was a Thursday Night Game against Arizona on Thanksgiving night in 2008.

Cards including a black jersey a year or two after that and wear it one or two home games per year. I think they wore black against San Francisco. Doesn't make much sense to me (though makes more sense for the Eagles as their jerseys generally always featured more black) except to sell a few more jerseys.
