The recipe to win is simple... especially if you want to beat the the great QB in the playoffs and Superbowl....a dominating defensive line that can get to the QB with only 4 lineman rushing.

Best examples...
Both Giants Superbowl wins over the Patriots. Those 4 studs disrupted Brady et al. The helmet catch never happens without all that pressure on TB 12.

The Rams won against the Bengals. Aaron Donald won that game. Period. If he doesn't disrupt that final pass, Jamarr burned Patrick Peterson by ten yards but Joe Burrow couldn't get the ball off. Donald erased FB getting burned.

Tom Brady last super bowl win. The Tampa defensive line rushed, hit, sacked, or forced a scramble on over two third of Mahomes drop backs. The only way to beat Mahomes is to have Joe Burrow or a defensive line that smacks him in the face every play.

Eagles Superbowl run. Forget the tush push, that defensive line won the Superbowl. They made Mahomes rush throws because of the fear of getting sacked.

Great defensive lines cover up bad defensive backs -- never the other way around because the rules favor WR.
