3. I generally go to Peter White Wheels first, but he is into building wheels, not old bicycles.

Now if you want studded tires, Peter White is the place to go. He also handles generator lights:

He has other accessories for bicycles, and the first place I look for something. Since he is a small four person business he has what he has, but for rare items I end up in Harris bicycles. Harris is a much larger store with more people and access to more stuff.
