If a challenge is upheld, the challenge opportunity is retained. If the challenge is not upheld, the team loses that challenge.

Only the pitcher, catcher, or batter may challenge. No kibutzing by the bench/coaches.

They did this for the entire spring baseball season. Usually only takes a few seconds and doesn't really delay the game much in what I've seen.

I like it.
