Both Spotrac and OverTheCap agree on that. His salary for 2025 is $27.5M fully guaranteed and no roster bonuses paid in 2025.

But the $10M 2026 roster bonus gets guaranteed by being on the roster Mar 17 2025. So to avoid creating a sunk cost in 2026, they have to decide whether to get rid of him, and how, immediately after this season is over.
