... I don't think an actual statement is scheduled. The bowl of alphabet soup is the joke, like a word salad. It's gibberish; it makes no sense at all, which is the case with pretty much anything that comes out of his mouth or his anus, as the two are virtually indistinguishable from one another.
The man's so full of shit, I'm amazed his eyes aren't brown.
