Have Indian Country Today got this story on the head? [View all]

Would a no-overfly zone be effective as well as closer monitoring of sea-going vessels? I don't know much about Alaskan/Canadian international concerns regarding preservation/conservation of resources that Russian may covet and climate-changed sea and air lanes. How desperate will it become, and should USA and our neighbor be doing more to halt Russian aggressive maneuvers near the pole where indigenous peoples live by their intimate knowledge with changing sea life that by itself seems threatening the existence of the indigenous First Americans in Alaska and Yukon territories?
