4. You'd think at some point Bloomberg would start to re-evaluate his investments

He doesn't seem to be getting the return on his money he expected. In fact, in at least a few cases, things have moved in the opposite direction if they've moved at all.

Maybe he should spend his money on improving parks and cycling trails and better fishing stocking?
