in one of the worst eras in human history. Many thanks to the DUer who informed me years ago of Sir Winton's extraordinary work with rescue efforts during WW2.

My father served in the army in Germany during the war and my mother supported him stateside. From her we learned much about the era and exceptional people like Swedish humanitarian Rauol Wallenberg.

Thanks for you post, we must remember the brave efforts of Sir Winton & others who persevered in a time of many hardships and malice. Forward! ⭐ PS I want to watch 'One Life'
