Get a muzzle and condition her to it. Put it on every time she goes outside for a while. If symptoms get better, you probably have your answer and perhaps your solution. It's possible one of your neighbors uses chemicals on their lawn and the grasshoppers are carrying it. Or that she's allergic to them.
