Today I saw Trader Joe's has half turkeys, brined, seasoned and sealed in [View all]
vacuum plastic bags. Cost around $23. I believe weight was just over 5 pounds.
I don't need a big bird. But we also don't really care for dark meat. Very tempted to get this, but I don't want it to be mostly dark meat because there was a big turkey leg in there.
Has anyone every bought this from Trader Joe's and cooked it? How many do you think it serves?
