6. OK, I'm back with another Update.

Feb 2014

I started my program in July. I lost 10 pounds right away, but it was water. But hey, 10 lbs is 10 lbs, right?

I have stayed loyal to my eating protocol without trauma or bankruptcy. I buy only from the farmers market and have grassfed chicken, eggs, lamb, and beef and very little at that.

My appetite has dwindled to two real meals a day. I'm taking supplements which include glutathione, collagen, alpha lipoic acid, olive leaf, resveratrol, and more.

I changed my exercise. I used to daily go on a treadmill for 60 minutes at 3 mph. I have upped it to 4 mph for 5 minutes and reduce it .1 every 5 or 10 minutes until 3.7 mph for 60 minutes. I now do tabata training which reminds me of high school gym exercises. 20 seconds of jumping jacks, 20 seconds of sit ups, 20 seconds of virtual jumping rope, etc. up to 8 exercises with some rest and then another series of 8 exercises.

I hit a weight plateau after losing 10 lbs. But I've lost another 4.5 lbs in the past 3 weeks, so I'm happy. My medical guy told me to be patient and stay with the program. My waist is also 2 inches narrower.

Maybe I'm really pleased the most about is my neck has narrowed. And I have a jaw-line again. I know this is kinda vain, but it matters to me.

I feel good as far as energy, thinking, sleeping.
