there are some others who want to maintain. Some like you are trying to put some pounds on.

Your weight loss could be a good thing if you've been trying to lose and stayed strict to a way of eating that enables you to take the pounds off.

It sounds like, to me though that you're not happy having lost the 60 lbs and would like to gain a bit.

I would write down everything I can think about food related, stress related, work related that might cause you to either not want to eat or unable to eat.

Are you eating and unable to keep it down?

So many questions that a DR would ask. That's why I suggest you write down anything you can think of from the last year that has been a lifestyle change, take your notes to a DR and get a COMPLETE physical exam. A COMPLETE full spectrum blood draw and go from there.
He might suggest a nutritionist or dietician. Either way start with the Doctor. Go from there.
