3. Hope that improves

I had covid twice in August and early September. I was good except for sinuses. That lingered worse than ever. I'm convinced what helped most was eliminating sweets. All of them. No sugar anywhere in my diet. My sweets are an apple, a potato. It took about 3 weeks to improve. Of course it may be covid enabled food allergies to worsen.
