As a total needle phobe, I'm leaning toward this. I was lucky to get through the needle stick for the biopsy today without fainting!

I've heard horror stories about MOH's hitting nerves, etc. Of course, you always hear the bad stuff, but for my own mental health, if I can avoid being cut, etc., I will be more emotionally at ease.
