promoting it is suspect to me. I think she'd do far better by cutting out sugar and starch.
Caring for myself has been difficult, but I do find stress relievers when I need something. Latest was a radio control batmobile (the tumbler from the Christian Bale trilogy). It's a fun diversion. And I'm starting small projects for prepping my boats for the water. I have a backlog of maintenance on my sloop so she'll have to wait for a spring launch and then I can take my wife for a sail again.
Stay strong and I pray you are in remission after treatment!
