caused a flare up of bursitis in an elbow. I think it was all diet and maybe exercise related. We have learned to accept aging like its definitely going to take health and movement away from us. There may be an answer to your arthritis you just can't fathom right now. My grandmother suffered horribly from arthritis in her 60's 70's and 80's but I remember she took bufferin like daily. This memory of her and my own recent experiences and the reading material I am talking about is like a revelation. Gut issues leads to an activated immune system and then your own immune system hurts your joints. Now obviously your case is unique to you. Here's another really good source of inspiration for movement and exercise, life in the second half by Patricia Cusack. https://patriciacusack.substack.com/
I should add that arthritis was coming after me too, but I have it under control now.
