Criticism is one thing ....... being purposefully cruel is something I don't understand, so I guess that is my issue. The trouble is, someone was hurt, day after day ... and not just by one or two people, but a whole relentless gang. It was a continuous attack, and for what??? to keep control of a group that was so unwelcoming that even a hard-ass like me didn't dare post in it. Personal information was even passed around to demonize her with. Yes, she is owed an apology. I guess the only thing that really matters is that she realizes and owns that. She can hold her head high!
