As a nation born of freedoms that our forefathers gave us in sacrifices fighting for freedom from Great Britain, the US Constitution has our Freedom and Bill of Rights. One such right is our First amendment of the Bill of Rights:

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

If a US Citizen wish to express oneself by use of a form of speech to change ones identity through medical procedures to obtain a different sex, that is their right.

If we get technical, there is NO Laws of separation of sex bathroom. If there is such law, it violates the Equal Rights Act. If we get technical, all restrooms should be unisex.

Now, do i advocate of such? No. But

It could be pushed if anyone choose to fill of the Equal Rights Act.
