Can't beat this sort of logic. Because of a loud and obnoxious overspeed klaxon, al Qaeda terrorists would be dissuaded from entering into that regime. They have no problem killing pilots in their seats, or cutting off the heads of their enemies, or driving a vehicle-borne IED (VBIED) into a town square or market or kill children in front of their family or village to establish control, but a loud alarm would keep them from flying fast.

You get more ridiculous every day.
