if he is NOT killed when they capture him...(which could happen) he will say that he did not mean
to KILL ANYONE.....BUT TO .."INJURE" A LOT OF PEOPLE.

It is total speculation about what will be said at the trial but,
I have watched a whole lot of shooting like this, (and so have many others)
.............and if they want to kill...they kill.............this fellow did ...NOT WANT TO KILL.....

That is my attitude.., AND ..............................................................
I speculate that is what he will say , and to the police.............IF..........
