Based on all the destruction that I've seen, I'd say he is full of shit; all the way up to his ears.
But it's the spin that matters to so many people. They would like to have us believe that most of the deaths are combatants, not civilians.
I'm not buying it. Israel practically leaped off the high ground to wallow around in the mud with Hamas.
Maybe if it wasn't so obvious that they knew the attack by Hamas was coming, and took no action to prepare for it, I might be a little more willing to see the rage as blinding them to the need to spare civilians. But Netanyahu was warned by Egypt, and took no action...despite repeated warnings.
