1. My neighbor, a city bus driver, has noticed an increase.

I hope this continues. Parking and traffic have become a daily battle for drivers. I wonder if parents will be changing schools for their kids so they are closer to home and need less gas. They did that in 2012 when gases prices increased just a little.
