1. Many years ago I was stuck on the Long Island Railroad for almost 8 hours

This during a snow storm. It was horrible. I think it was about 10.00 PM before I got home. It was in the days of no cell phones, no way of contacting work or home. I took the train at 8.00 AM from Islip Long Island.
