1. This of course improves the method of hydrogen production that "hydrogen skeptics" highlight

Natural gas is combined with steam to produce hydrogen and carbon-dioxide, which are then separated. Typically, the CO₂ is then released into the atmosphere. This method is cheap and well understood. We’ve been doing it for decades. I’m not really thrilled by a better way to separate the H₂ from the CO₂, implying that we will release even more CO₂.
