Obama with ACA, Trump with immunity, GWB with executive power and the war on terror, Biden with DACA, and some Covid and voting rights cases.

I think Trump will win this case, ruling that Congress has delegated it's tariff power with various laws.

How anyone expects to get limits on presidential power already authorized in small parts over almost 100 years is beyond me.

6-3 or 7-2. We do have a pro-business Justice appointed by Obama.
