As if there isn't enough law enforcement snooping on internet communications already this simply creates an easy path where any anonymous user can turn in anyone else to law enforcement for any reason. The potential for abuse by both users and law enforcement is colossal all to supposedly solve a problem that has been inherent to anonymous internet communication since the birth of the internet. Anyone who is generally concerned about an illegal threat can file a report with law enforcement just like they can with a threat issued any other way and the appropriate warrants can be issued.

If the cure is worse than the disease it doesn't really matter how reprehensible it is. Not every problem has a workable remedy.
