If your dick doesn't get hard in appropriate situations, it's trying to tell you something, you ought to take heed. It's quite normal.

Generally, I only seek "health-care" for acute conditions.

I check my own prostate once in a while, but frankly I don't intend to do anything about it when it does go bad.
