I'm 50, and have been married for nearly 30 years. I think there are significant and important differences between the ways men and women perceive and react to the world.

That a stereotype isn't always true doesn't discredit the observation that there are differences in general tendencies. There may be a few women out there who are a lot like me, but I know there are a lot of men out there who are a lot like me.
